About Us

Based in Craighouse on The Isle of Jura, Camella Crafts is owned and run by me - Elaine Campbell. The name Camella is a combination of my first and last name - that simple!   And then - there is my right hand man - Gordy who makes all of our wood and antler products. 

Since childhood I have been intrigued with the concept of creating things. Influenced by my surroundings and Inspired  by the colours, shapes and textures of my island home I make lots of items from locally sourced materials including  deer antler, whisky barrels, pebbles, sea pottery, wool and wood .

I also have a self confessed love of all things stag related, it’s hard not to - growing up on the ‘Island of Deer’.
